2025-26

Student earns 26 credits, but in 1/2 the time of public/private school.

All students are allowed to complete college credits in lieu of required HS courses.

No Rushing           No Remediation           No Credit Recovery

Languages - 2 Credits (minimal)

Two years of any foreign language or programming.

 

  • Spanish or French 1 & 2

  • or American Sign Language I & II

  • or Computer Programming I & II

  • or SPAN, FREN, GERM, JAPN, CHIN 1411 & 1412

May take for college credit and avoid taking it at university.

Physical Education - 1 Credit

Two 1 semester courses.  May include any sport, fitness, band, cheer, nutrition, dance, or health.

 

  • PE I - Student's Choice (one semester)

  • PE II - Student's Choice (one semester)

Tech & Speech - .5 Credit (each)

A one-half credit course including any computer related course, public speaking, or debate. 

 

  • Technology (one semester) 

  • SPCH 1311 or 1315 (earns 3 college credits)

Fine Arts - 1 Credit

Two half credit courses in music, dance, art, theater, etc.

 

  • Any Fine Art Class (1 semester)

  • ART/MUSI Appreciation (earns 3 college credits)

Electives - 4.0 Credits

Eight half-credit courses (90+ hours over 20 weeks)

 

  • Unit I - Student's Choice †

  • Unit II - Student's Choice †

  • Unit II - Student's Choice †

  • Unit IV - Student's Choice †

  • Unit V - Student's Choice †

  • Unit VI - Student's Choice †

  • Unit VII - Student's Choice †

  • Unit VIII - Student's Choice †

  Electives may be used to complete up to 2 years of your university core while in high school, or complete a career pathway, internship, job, or personal pursuits such as athletics or entrepreneurship.

English - 4 Credits

We use micro-learning in 9-10th to prepare for college.

 

  • English I - HS Mastery

  • English II - College Prep

  • English III - ENGL 1301* (earns 3 college credits)

  • English IV - ENGL 1302* (earns 3 college credits)

 *College credit courses can be completed in 3-16 wks.

Math - 4 Credits

Math is highly customized to fit long term goals & mastery. We don't just earn credits. We learn!

  • Algebra I - Math Mastery 1

  • Geometry - Math Mastery 2

  • Algebra II - College Prep*

  • Adv. Math - Career Based (earns 3 college credits)

*Take and pass college entrance exam after this class.

Science - 4 Credits

Includes biology, one life science, and one physical science. All classes include hands-on lab.

 

  • Biology

  • IPC (Integrated Physics & Chemistry)

  • Adv Science 1*  (earns 4 college credits)

  • Adv Science 2(earns 4 college credits)

 *Adv. Options include: Archeology, Geology, Astronomy, Anatomy,

   Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Biology, pre-med courses.

Social Studies - 4 Credits

Includes World History or Geography, US History, US Government, Economics or Psychology/Philosophy.

 

  • World History or World Geography

  • US HIST 1301 or 1302* (earns up to 6 college credits)

  • US GOVT 2305* (earns 3 college credits)

  • ECON 2301* or Personal Finance (earns 3 college credits)

  • Psychology* or Religion (earns 3 college credits)

 

*All courses can be completed via dual credit or AP Exams.
